Obituary of James Murry Bott

James was born on 1st December 1959 in Yuba City, California. He moved to Scotland when he was a child and returned to the US when he joined the navy in 1978. James served on board the USS Los Alamos and the USS Emory S Land where he made friends for life. 

James enjoyed history, reading, coin collecting and playing his guitar. He was also an excellent artist. He met his partner Charlotte and moved to Doylestown where he lived happily until Charlotte passed away.

His father Edward Bott and two brothers Ian Proudfoot Bott and David Anderson Bott preceded James Bott in death. James is survived by his son Steven of Georgia, his mother Marion, two sisters Fran and Anne and brothers Eddie and Douglas of Scotland.

James was a quiet, thoughtful son and brother and he will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
